CareerProdocs Talent Pool – Employer Terms

Welcome to CareerProdocs Online. By registering as an employer, recruiter, HR representative, company owner or hiring manager on the CareerProdocs Talent Pool, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not create an employer account or use the employer features of the platform.
Important: CareerProdocs Talent Pool is a candidate discovery and recruitment support platform. We help connect employers with job seekers and workers, but we do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate availability, candidate honesty, or final employment success.
1. Employer Account Eligibility
You may create an employer account only if you are:
- A legitimate company, business, institution, organization, agency or recruiter,
- Using the platform for lawful recruitment, hiring, staffing or candidate sourcing purposes,
- Authorized to act on behalf of your company or organization where applicable.
2. Accuracy of Employer Information
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform, including:
- Company name
- Contact person
- Business email and phone number
- Industry and location
- Any profile, billing or account information requested by CareerProdocs Online
Providing false company information, fake identities, misleading business descriptions or fraudulent contacts may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
3. Permitted Use of the Talent Pool
Employer accounts may only be used to:
- Search for qualified candidates or workers
- Review candidate profiles, skills, CVs and supporting documents where available
- Unlock candidate details where permitted by your package or credits
- Invite, contact or shortlist candidates for genuine job opportunities, consultancy roles, internships, attachments or work engagements
- Manage recruitment workflows through the CareerProdocs employer dashboard
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit or deceive candidates
- Post or communicate fake jobs or misleading work opportunities
- Collect candidate data for resale, spam, marketing abuse or unrelated outreach
- Ask candidates for unlawful payments, bribes or “processing fees”
- Use the system for politics, scams, romance fraud, data harvesting or any illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, credit limits, invitation limits or restricted candidate access controls
- Copy, scrape, export or mass-download candidate data without permission
5. Candidate Data & Confidentiality
Candidate information accessed through the Talent Pool — including CVs, names, phone numbers, experience details, profile photos, supporting documents and other profile data — is confidential and must only be used for recruitment-related evaluation.
You agree not to:
- Share candidate personal data publicly without lawful basis
- Transfer candidate data to third parties for unrelated use
- Store candidate data indefinitely where it is no longer needed for recruitment
- Misuse sensitive personal information in a discriminatory or unlawful way
6. Unlocks, Credits, Invitations & Paid Access
Some employer actions on CareerProdocs Talent Pool may require payment or package access, including:
- Unlocking candidate contact details
- Sending invitation messages
- Viewing premium candidate information
- Accessing advanced employer tools or dashboards
CareerProdocs Online may offer these features through:
- Subscriptions
- Credits
- Employer packages
- Unlock bundles
- Invitation bundles
Purchased access is limited to the package terms shown at the time of purchase. Credits, invitations, unlocks or subscriptions may expire, change or be replaced as the platform evolves.
7. No Guarantee of Candidate Response or Hiring Outcome
CareerProdocs Online does not guarantee that:
- A candidate will respond to your invitation
- A candidate will accept your offer
- A candidate will be available at the time you contact them
- A candidate will meet your internal standards or final hiring requirements
- Your purchase of credits or employer access will result in a successful hire
8. Employer Responsibility for Recruitment Decisions
You remain fully responsible for your recruitment process, including:
- Interviewing and screening candidates
- Checking references and verifying documents
- Assessing technical competence and role fit
- Verifying legal work eligibility where required
- Making final hiring decisions
- Complying with labour, anti-discrimination and employment laws
9. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your employer account credentials confidential. Any action performed through your account is considered your responsibility unless you notify us of unauthorized access promptly.
10. Platform Monitoring & Enforcement
CareerProdocs Online reserves the right to monitor employer activity to protect candidates and the platform. We may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate accounts that engage in:
- Fraud or impersonation
- Candidate harassment or abuse
- Data misuse or scraping
- Chargeback abuse or payment fraud
- Repeated breach of these terms
11. Service Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue any part of the Talent Pool, including employer features, pricing, access levels, unlock rules, invitation systems, analytics or dashboard tools at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerProdocs Online will not be liable for:
- Hiring losses, recruitment mistakes or poor hiring decisions
- Candidate misrepresentation or inaccurate candidate data
- Business losses resulting from unsuccessful recruitment
- Platform downtime, technical issues or temporary service interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Talent Pool
13. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your employer account if you breach these terms, misuse candidate data, engage in unlawful recruitment conduct, or damage the trust and safety of the platform.
14. Governing Principle
These terms are intended to support ethical, professional and lawful recruitment. By using the platform, you agree to respect candidates, respect privacy, and use CareerProdocs Talent Pool in good faith.
